Consent of the data subject, performance of a contract to which the data subject is party / execution of pre-contractual measures activated at the request of the data subject as well as the pursuit of a legitimate interest are the legal bases that, depending on the data processing performed on the site, will be applicable. - PLACE OF DATA PROCESSING
The processing operations connected to the web services of this site are based in Italy, and are managed at the headquarters of the Data Controller; they are handled by authorised internal staff of the Data Controller, during updating and maintenance operations. No data deriving from the web service is disseminated. Personal data provided voluntarily by users who submit contact requests through the various forms on the site are used solely for the purpose of performing the service or provision requested, also possibly through external service providers. - TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED AND PURPOSE OF PROCESSING

- obtain the rectification and erasure of data;
- obtain the restriction of processing;
- obtain the portability of the data, i.e. receive them from a data controller, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and transmit them to another data controller without hindrance;
- object to the processing at any time and also in the case of processing for direct marketing purposes;
- object to automated decision-making relating to natural persons, including profiling;
- The data subject is also granted the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority pursuant to Article 77 of the GDPR.
To exercise their rights, data subjects may address a request to the contact details of the Data Controller indicated in this policy. Requests are made free of charge and processed by the Controller as quickly as possible, in any case within 30 days.
